Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Gets A Big Ol' USA Release Confirmation
It is old news that Kingdom Hearts is setting up shop on the handheld consoles, and we all knew the games would be released in America. Still, confirmation of the DS release of Kingdom Hearts 358/2 sets my Disney loving heart ablaze. Rather than taking control of Sora, gamers will step into the shoes of Roxas and learn what went on during Sora's sleeping time. Personally I'm a bigger follower of the Disney villains getting together, but the mythology surrounding Organization XIII is compelling enough to get this game a spot in my DS. From the press release:
Uncover the events that took place during the year Sora was asleep regaining his lost memories. KINGDOM HEARTS 358/2 Days revolves around Roxas, the "other" hero from KINGDOM HEARTS II, and his days as a member of Organization XIII. Follow Roxas and the rest of Organization XIII across the various Disney Worlds, and discover the connection between him, Sora, and the mysterious 14th member, and the reasons behind his eventual departure from the organization. KINGDOM HEARTS 358/2 Days also features a multiplayer mode for the first time, allowing players to control their favorite Organization XIII members!

I read somewhere I think it's supposed to be said as read. Which makes no sense, but anyway he went on to say that meant Three Five Eight Over Two.
The meaning of the name will supposedly be revealed by playing through the game. It still doesn't make it any less silly, though.

Still love that little scene they have on the clocktower from the Final Mix version. And which from screens seems to be shown in this game as well.
