Gallery: Fallout 3 Operation Anchorage

For those of you who have finished Fallout 3 and are anxiously awaiting the launch of the new DLC, we have a little something to wet your whistle. Bethesda has released some new screens for Operation Anchorage which is set to release later this month for the Xbox 360 and PC. The pricing will be 800 MS points or $9.99. This scenario is a "simulation" of the liberation of Anchorage from the Chinese in Fallout's "pre-history." This simulation is referenced during the "Tranquility Lane" mission in the main game. Two other DLC packs, The Pit and Broken Steel are being released in February and march respectively.
Check out the gallery below for three new shots and several more that we missed over the holidays. Icy hot!

Very much looking forward to this. Certainly it looks a hell of a lot more exciting than some of the DLC for Oblivion, and it's great that they're messing with the franchise backstory, if only because it'll annoy these guys.
I just finished getting all the achievements for Fallout 3 (my first achievement-whore success!), and now I can't wait for this update! No idea of a concrete release date??
No Cyborg Palin? :(
I like how it's got an optimistically blue pre-apocalyptic visuals rather than the poopy grey post-apocalyptic colouring
