I think the UK in general counts as one of those 'rural areas' you mentioned xD
Thanks for having me on the podcast, it was great to be a part of the process and ramble on and on about things.
For those of you that download it, be sure to check out very off-the-cuff explanation of Net Neutrality, description of the XBox Taco Assault, and then the many dating tips we give at the end.
I have to say that the dating tips were probably my favorite part of the podcast. Enjoy!
This was the first GG podcast I've listened to in a long time (I think I stopped at 10), and it was a lot of fun. Helped me be very productive at work!
During the recent releases segment, I was surprised no one had heard of Ar Tonelico II. While it is a niche J-RPG, the online advertising push shows two of the main female characters embracing and kissing. Its a fun series with a lot of innuendo, mainly due to the pseudo-dating sim part where you have to dive in to the minds of the female characters and solve their emotional issues.
Hehe, wow it's been forever since I've come across this / or you've done a Podcast. It's nice to listen to whilst I'm doing my artwork and writing atm!
The Okami mention was fantasic too, I just finished it at the weekend gone actually. Great game, but I do agree that the controls can be very hit and miss. Though I can't imagine playing the PS2 version nevertheless. The Wii version feels like 'the' version to have.
I'll always wonder how WM+ would've changed the game, maybe it would've sold better...
Oh well. Great times. The artbook is also awesome.
Keep it up, guys! I'm loving every episode!
I can't wait to listen to this one! I recently acquired an iPod and the last podcast was my first one.
You guys had me cracking up! I also enjoy getting a little more insight into your various personalities through your voices rather than in print.
Please continue what you are doing (both on the website and via the podcast) as I feel that I can speak for many when I say that GayGaymer.net feels more like a family (double meaning?) then just another video game website. ")
Add Mexico to the list, and kudos on the great Psycology class on dating for all freaks^2 out there (gay+gamer). I suddenly stop feeling all alone in the world, wishing all latinamerica spoke and understand English in the wink of an eye to share your experience points with them. I hear you talk about what do's and dont's on dating and for some reason I couldn't stop thinking of my past. LOL.
Keep it up guys, a big hug from (anime/gay/gamer) freak^3 (marry the cat-guy)
Would you guys consider an RSS feed for the podcast so that I can subscribe in Zune Marketplace? I can direct download the file, but auto updates are so much nicer.
BTW, I really enjoyed the dating segment.
