No Rock Band 3 For 2009, Harmonix Working Hard On Beatles Spinoff
In a move that my wallet thanks him for, Harmonix CEO Alex Rigopulo announced at CES that Rock Band 3 will most likely not be released in 2009, as Harmonix is putting all their efforts into their upcoming Beatles expansion. Personally, I'm fine with that, as it means less money I have to spend on new instruments, and more content to play instead.
Harmonix also noted that they will continue their impressive Downloadable Content offerings throughout the year, and mentioned that a keyboard controller for the game might be in the works.

Yaaaay! I can't get enough of Harmonix games. I've been an avid fan since the Frequency/Amplitude-era.
