PlayStation Network Store Update - 01/08/09
Greetings to my fellow PSN users. If you're brain has been feeling a bit underused this winter then perhaps you should give it a workout with Cuboid. Billed as a 3d puzzle game set in ancient ruins, the game itself seems strikingly similar to Intelligent Cube, a Playstation puzzler that fetches quite a pretty penny on the used game market. Meanwhile, Mahjong Tales: Ancient Wisdom hopes to follow the same path as Puzzle Quest, giving tile-fiends a storyline to push them through the game. If you're sick of the above genre, then maybe your gaming taste buds can begin to salivate when you download this year's first issue of Qore, featuring a look at Killzone 2, one of the PS3's most anticipated games. Add in some new content in Home and this week really isn't half bad for DLC. Almost makes up for the dismal retail releases, almost.

Cuboid used to be a totally-free Flash game. It had exactly the same gameplay as the PS3 version. The only thing Sony seems to have done is make the backgrounds prettier.
And that, to me, isn't worth ten dollars.
