Well, they lost a sale from me. Unfortuantely, you have to register for an account and they use the human verification images where you have to enter characters that are ridiculously hard to read.... I tried over and over and over and over to enter the characters correctly and their system kept locking me out. I submitted a support ticket as their was no phone support which I find to be frustrating. Why can't we purchase as a guest? Long story short, no L4D for me. :(
