Video: LBP Does Contra
At first, I was pretty luke-warm about this concept. After about a hundred "Super Mario Bros. 1-1" clones it becomes a little difficult to get excited about a game inspired level in LittleBigPlanet. Well paintinator me converted, because this thing is beautiful.
A group of ambitious NeoGAF forum users painstakingly recreated Contra in the PS3 engine, well, the first 8 levels at least. This includes the first person perspective stages. Seriously awesome.
