GDC 09: Video: Indiana Jones And The Staff Of Kings
It's more of a promo video than a trailer, but behind all the big PR talk, you can get a pretty good sense of what the new Indiana Jones and the Staff of Kings game is going to be like. I'm sure the whip mechanic will work really well, because that's what everyone's going to be focusing on, so it has to be perfect, but I'm a little nervous about all the other motion control. Is it wrong that I wish this was coming out on the 360? I'd rather give up motion controls for prettier graphics — I'm weak that way. But instead, Staff of Kings will be out on the Nintendo Wii (with motion controls), the DS (with stylus controls) and on the PSP (bonus content) and PS2 (um, they didn't mention anything...). Hopefully the storyline will capture the humor and fun of the Indy films so it'll end up being more than just Tomb Raider with a guy.

I'd give up the motion controls even if it were still on the Wii. A 360/PS3/PC version would be excellent.
