Video: The First Gameplay Trailer For A Boy And His Blob
Yesterday, I dropped the news that a (loose) remake of A Boy and His Blob is coming to the Nintendo Wii. I also made an idle threat at a friend that works there. Don't worry John, I'm not an arsonist. If anything I'll just kill your family. Anyway, WayForward Technologies has released the first gameplay trailer for their upcoming title.
The first thing I have to say is... what happened to my lovely cityscape? Where is my convenience store that inexplicably only sells jellybeans? Do they still come in ketchup flavor? All these questions will have to wait, it seems. It does look pretty though.

The animation on this looks wonderful. Let's just hope that it is fun to play.
Wow i loved the NES version, but this is so damn cute i'm liking the animation too.
Seems that they have abandoned what little charm the original had. Still, it looks pretty good.
