Get WiiFitter with Riiflex
Having recently gotten back on the workout wagon, I've been reexamining my daily activities to see where I can add healthy alternatives here and there. As much as I like my games, it can be tough to find the fitness value in most games outside of a handful of titles like DDR, WiiFit, and Rock Band (you try 5 starring The Who's 'Amazing Journey''s drums without breaking a sweat). I don't want to fall any further behind on my epic post-holiday backlog, but I'm not willing to let petite figure waste away as I attempt to crawl my way through Deadly Creatures. What's a gamer to do?
Imagine my delightful surprise when I discovered Riiflex weights. As the perfect addition to any health focused Wii-player, these dumbbells can be used with your favorite remote and nunchuk to give you 2 or 4 pounds of resistance (that's just less than 1 or 2 kilograms respectively) while playing your favorite Wii game. Are you going to getting huge biceps from these? Probably not, but when it comes to fitness every little bit helps.
