Fallout 3 Broken Steel DLC Lives Up To Its Name On PC

It looks like Bethesda can't catch a break with their Fallout 3 DLC. The Pitt had some fairly major errors when it was initially made available, and now there have been numerous reports on the Bethesda forums that people are having trouble with the PC version.
It seems that when people have tried to install the DLC for the PC version they are almost unanimously met with the error message: "Not a cryptographic message or the cryptographic message is not formatted correctly. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8009200D)" At which point the game stops working. How cryptic! There are also a handful of people on the Bethesda forums who downloaded the Xbox 360 version and are reporting no problems, so the issue seems to be limited to the PC version.
Bethesda says that they are looking into the issue, but in the mean time I would suggest being a little cautious with downloading Broken Steel for the PC. It's a shame because Broken Steel was the part of Fallout 3 DLC that seemed the most interesting to me.

It seems they have removed Broken Steel from the LIVE Store until the problem is fixed.
For a while though it told people trying to buy the DLC (including myself)that the cost would be -2 540 000 000 points :P
Don't they test this shit before it's released? For fuck's sake...
It's funny because all 3 expansions have had issues. I remember the first wasn't even up on Windows Live for a week or whatever, the second one had a missing error, and now this. To be fair, it DOES sound like each expansion is fun when it's actually working right.
