Fan Art Friday: Mario World Sculpture

marioworldsculpt.jpg

As much as I love drawings and paintings, there is something to be said about fan art sculpture. You don't see it very often and you certainly don't see it done this well. This particular sculpture comes from reader Tamara who goes by the name Tsurera on Deviant Art. All of her pieces are amazingly well done so be sure to drop by her gallery and check them out!

Don't forget: If you have artsy talents or know someone who does and you feel like their art is worthy to appear on these pages, be sure to drop us a line at info@gaygamer.net with the subject line Fan Art Friday.

Wow, that's gorgeous! At first glance I thought Yoshi was pooping out a moldy egg, but then I realized it was a berry bush. :)

Haha well I tried to interpret super mario world into a more 3d diorama. I wanted somethings to be detailed (like the grass, and yoshi) and wanted some things to stay simpler (like the bush, background), as to not over do everything.

Sadly this thing fell of my bookcase and broke in half. I glued it back together but it's not the same =(
