Sony Pushes Patapon With Prizes
Even though Patapon 2 isn't getting a traditional PSP release, that doesn't mean Sony is treating it lightly. To celebrate this week's launch of the game via in-store vouchers and PSN direct download, they've teamed up with IGN to give away a bunch of Patapon swag, including a grand prize with a Sony Bravia TV, a limited edition lilac purple PSP-3000 system, 2 GB Pro Duo card, as well as a Patapon plush, clings, and figures.
They also announced that Playstation Home users will be able to get a special Patapon T-Shirt for their avatar on May 7th, the day that the game hits PSN. Lastly, if you're really smitten, head to the game's mini-site to play a flash game and create your own wallpaper. If you're just curious, check out the Patapon 2 demo, which should be up on PSN right now.
