TAITO Invades Nintendo Platforms
You may have noticed that Bubble Bobble Plus! is now available for download on WiiWare, but did you know that's not the only Taito classic game winging its way towards Nintendo platforms? Nope, there's five more coming!
Bust-A-Move Plus! promises 135 all-new stages and two-person multiplayer, Rainbow Island: Towering Adventure! uses rainbow magic (awesome!) to climb through new stages, and Arkanoid Plus! has two-player battle and co-op modes.
But wait, I hear you saying, that's only three. Well, the DS is also getting some love. Space Bust-A-Move sends Bub and Bob on a new intergalactic adventure with improved graphics, customization options, multiplayer competition and mini-games. And Space Invaders Extreme 2 is a sequel featuring an enhanced battle system, a new time attack mode, and gameplay that they're promising "goes beyond Fever Time to SUPER FEVER TIME!"
Personally, they had me with Space Bust-A-Move, but I suppose I can give them the benefit of checking out the others in between games!
