Video Game Burlesque!
As you may or may not know, I used to MC a burlesque show in New Orleans performed by the amazing Southern Jezebelles. I learned to really love the art form, especialy when done in true vintage style. I am not one for your more "modern" burlesque, but this one certainly caught my eye.
The Bordello club in L.A. played host to a video game themed burlesque put on by Devil's Playground! Princess Peach, Samus Aran, Chun-Li, Link (as a girl), Princess Zelda, and Blood Rayne all strutted their stuff in various states of undress. It looks like a good time was had by all and I certainly wish i could have been there to see it. I've seen video game fan art, cakes, models and tons of other items, but Princess Peach in pasties is something I'd never thought I'd see. I must say however, for a fellow who's proclivities run towards the male gender, I got quite a kick out of the photos.
