This is the sort of thing that leaves you watching with your mouth hanging open in wonder thinking "Only in Japan." Unfortunately we don't have any GayGamer eyes in Japan to catch this kind of stuff, but what we DO have is the exceedingly metrosexual Brian Ashcraft of Kotaku to find it for us!
This game is called Muscle March (Muscle Koushinkyoku) and will be appearing as Japanese Wii Ware on May 26. Sadly, I doubt we will ever see this stateside. I would even go so far as to say that this actually puts Cho Aniki to shame in the "crazy muscle man game" department. As far as I can tell, the game entails taking bikini clad muscle men and running them through walls over and over again and trying to make sure your second guy makes it through the same muscle man shaped hole the first guy left.
I am speechless. Truly.

Is it just me, or is the chorus in the background song "gyunyu, gyunyu!"? As far as I know, that translates as "Milk, milk!" I suppose it could be for the protein shake.
