Tecmo Says Yay To Indie Gaming: Fret Nice Coming to XBLA, PSN

image3.png

One of my personal favorite (mostly for historic reasons) publishing houses Tecmo has began a great service for Indie game developers. What is this service you ask? Well, it could be none other than deciding to publishing 2008 Independent Game Festival winner Fret Nice to PSN and XBLA.

This announcement comes as part of a trio of games to be releases. The game will feature the same musical platformer gameplay that we have all grown to love and enjoy. The only downside is that so far there is no word on if they will support musical input devices, such as the Guitar Hero guitar (we all know how temperamental they are about usage of those controllers)

The other two titles in the package are Puzzlegeddon, a competitive matching puzzle, and NBA Live, a retro soccer title. The games are not set to launch until 2010
