FaceBook Spawns Duke Nukem Forever Screens
You know what is scary? This game was announced when I was half way through highschool. HIGHSCHOOL. I'm an industry professional now and there still doesn't seem to be any real release date in site. Duke Nukem Forever is the worst kind of vaporware. It's the stinky, grandfather broccoli kinda that lingers around no matter how many matches you light or windows you open. That's right, I made a fart joke. Deal with it.
Now, it looks like some new 'screenshots' have appeared on the Facebook. Most specifically, The "Duke Nukem" profile under the album "not my friends". The images might as well be concept stills, or production prerenders as no real gameplay appears to be pictured.

That is in-game. Also, the game isn't vaporware.
From the camera angle and depth of focus, it makes me wonder if Duke is going to have to fight that fearsome creature in an effects house's miniature town.
Duke3D was the last PC FPS I really enjoyed, and the last one I bought for every PC owner in my family. Still not holding my breath for DNF, but I hope someone with their heads less far up their own asses get the rights to it, finish it and put it out.
