Fantastic Flash: When Pigs Fly

Pixelated flash games are something I simply cannot resist. I think it is more of an aesthetic thing than me being all nostalgic, low color blocky graphics just look freaking cool. Some people like oil, watercolor; I like Deluxe Paint 2 (eh? how is that for a reference).
Auntie Pixelante is a developer who specializes in just this art style . My previous recollections of them include Calamity Annie, a fast draw pixel shooter much in the style of Mad Dog, only without the lameness of being a craptacular Laserdisc title. Now, she has came around and released a new title When Pigs Fly.
I'm going to warn you, this game is frustratingly hard at times. You pilot a newly winged pig through a winding maze that's soul purpose seems to be to prevent our little piggy from getting home. Simply grazing a cliff will cause your wings to snap and send you plummeting to the nether world. Thankfully, while you will die a lot the game doesn't punish you very much. My first run-through clocked me at 191 total dead pigs. That's a lot of bacon.
Just a tip, use the pop-up viewer, and some of the ads on New Grounds can cause the gameplay to stutter.
