Microsoft Launches 2nd Annual Summer of Arcade
Admittedly, "Summer of Arcade" isn't the best title, but whatever. Our very own Fruit Brute revealed that Capcom has announced July 29 as the street date for Marvel Vs. Capcom, but that's only one of the many Xbox LIVE Arcade titles Microsoft has in store for you this summer, starting on July 22. Here's the full list:
July 22: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles In Time Re-Shelled 1200 Microsoft Points
The 3-D revamp of the classic TMNT game everyone loves.
July 29: Marvel Vs. Capcom 2 1200 Microsoft Points
Enhanced HD graphics and online Xbox LIVE multiplayer? Yes, please!
August 5: Splosion Man 800 Microsoft Points
A guy who "splodes?" Um, okay, sounds... interesting!
August 12: Trials HD 1200 Microsoft Points
A motorcycle racing platformer with a level editor for unlimited free tracks to post online.
August 19: Shadow Complex 1200 Microsoft Points
From the world of Orson Scott Card, over 10 hours of side-scrolling adventure.
I've gotta say, 1200 MP for an XBLA title seems like it's becoming the norm here, which is a little worrying. Although some of these sound like they may be worth the 15 bucks. We'll have to see... At least Xbox LIVE lets you download demos to try the games out!
