Nintendownloads - 7/20/09

It's time to let out your inner evil tower builder with Square-Enix's highly anticipated WiiWare offering Final Fantasy Chrystal Chronicles: My Life as a Darklord. It just wouldn't be a Square-Enix WiiWare title if it didn't have an excessive amount of DLC, and Darklord has it in spades. With DLC ranging from new costumes to new levels (with the costumes oddly costing more), all told the game with DLC will cost you a whopping 6700 points if you were to download all of it, making it more expensive than your average retail PS3/360 game.
But Nintendo is trying to save you some of those precious Wii points for DLC by not releasing any virtual console games this week. Although there are still two more WiiWare titles this week, Battle Poker and 5 Spots Party bring "family-friendly" fun to fans of gambling and spot-the-difference games.
For gamers on the go, Nintendo is sending out yet another of its fabulous Art Style games with Art Style: ZENGAGE. If you've been following the series, then you know that the Art Style games haven't hit a sour note yet, and this week's relaxing take on puzzling looks to continue the tradition.
Who out there is going to shell out the Wii points for all of the My Life as a Darklord DLC? The game looks really good, but maybe not $67 good. Hit the jump for full game descriptions.

Not a single VC game to download this week?
Lame.
I would say that next Monday better make up for this, but who am I kidding? They blatantly ignore the VC these days.
My Life as a Dark Lord! Time to boot up the old Wii and see if I have any Wii points left.
