2K Games Jumps On Point-And-Click Bandwagon With Axel & Pixel
You've gotta love these ESRB game leaks. Many games have been outed before the developers were ready thanks to the rating body of the ESRB and their love of posting games to their website as early as possible. Not that I'm complaining, since now we get an early announcement of 2K Game's new point-and-click adventure game Axel & Pixel for the Xbox 360. Since 2K Games hasn't actually announced the game yet, all we have to go by so far is the ESRB's E rating and a brief description of the gameplay.
This is a "point-and-click" adventure game in which players guide an artist and his dog through surreal and abstract environments. Players must solve environmental puzzles that include redirecting a ray of light, throwing rocks at birds, and spraying water at a creature. In one scene, a rat creature jumps into a toilet, causing brown liquid to splash out.
Oh toilet humor, will you ever get old? In any case, this is good news for any other fans of the point-and-click adventure Renaissance that seems to be happening in the industry lately. The ESRB rating lists Axel & Pixel as an Xbox 360 game, thought don't be surprised if it turns out to be a downloadable title.

way to be on the ball with noticing this kind of leak! also, exciting that a developer of 2K Games' prowess is going for the point-and-click genre, which just happens to be my fave. hope there will be more games like this in the works in the future.
