Suda 51 + Kafka = PS3 Exclusive Craziness: Kurayami

When Suda 51 is at the helm of a game, you know it's going to be something unique. Unique is the polite way of saying it. His games could probably be more accurately described as completely insane, and yet strangely awesome. His newest game has finally been revealed, and it sounds like it isn't going to disappoint fans of the bizarre. That game is Kurayami.
The Japanese word Kurayami translates to "Darkness," and Suda 51 plans on using that idea to its fullest. The game's protagonist (or possibly protagonists) explore an unusual town and castle, using only a torch for light and protection against "the unexpected and unexplainable horrors that await." Sounds like a top-notch horror game so far.
To top off the crazy meter for Kurayami, the tone and setting of the action adventure game is heavily inspired by Suda 51's favorite author, Franz Kafka. Combining two eccentric visionaries into one game could be a dangerous combination, and I can't wait.
The only other information so far about Kurayami is that it is in development for the PS3, with no other versions expected at this point. Until more details are given, all we'll have to go by is the concept art that has surfaced. And if the concept art is any indication of the final game, Kurayami will definitely be a horror game to look out for.
