Summer Songs For Lips
I will never understand why Microsoft doesn't put out proper regular press releases for the Lips DLC. Occasionally you'll get one for the next few weeks, but when that runs out, there's no way of knowing exactly what's coming up all the time. Sure, there are plenty of places to go and look, but come on — I'm a lazy cuss who would rather have the information handed to me. I mean, I remember how stunned I was to check the list recently and discover that Diana Ross' "Upside Down" was released, one of my favorite songs ever. And the following week, they dropped "I'm Coming Out." Seriously? Why did Gay Gamer not receive a special, personal E-mail about that one? Just kidding. At any rate, here's a list of what's coming out in the next couple weeks:
August 21
"The Road to Mandalay" by Robbie Williams
"Talk" by Coldplay
August 27
"Angel" by Shaggy
"Proud Mary" by Creedence Clearwater Revival.
Oh, sure, I'd much rather have Tina's "Proud Mary," but I do appreciate Brits like Robbie Williams showing up here and there. I can't stop singing that new Boyzone single. Yeah, Lips' info about DLC is kinda weird. Sometimes they tell the playerbase via the gamerscore blog, sometimes they don't. I wish they could be closer to their own customers. I try to keep the wiki updated but there's not much I can do without new info >____>.
Also, the DLC drought sucks.
