New 360 WiFi Adapter Goes Draft-N

Oh thank the Goddess: bandwidth princesses like myself who haven't invested in a dual-band router or are simply hungry for mo-better download speeds on their wirelessly connected Xbox 360s are, at long last, in luck: a new Elite-black wireless adapter for the 360 is in the works.
Sporting two antennae and the moniker "Xbox 360 Wireless N Networking Adapter," the new dongle has no confirmed price or date, but the original adapter is slated for a price cut after the Draft N is released.
The timing of the new adapter has some wondering whether or not we'll be seeing 1080p movie streaming from the new Zune HD Marketplace - and given Microsoft's steadfast avoidance of all things Blu-ray, that does seem like an eventual likelihood.
But in the meantime, I'll settle for not squelching my laptop's WiFi connection every time I turn on the 360. HiFi Wifi FTW.

802.11n devices were called draft-n because 802.11n wasn't officially approved, but it is now.
I just gave up ever trying to get my original 360 wireless dongle to work, and just bought a 50 foot Cat5e to drap behind the couch. $30 versus $100, with gaurenteed hi-speed connection? Makes more sense than shelling out more cash just to upgrade to N.
