Netflix Streams to PS3, No Extra Fees
The lines between one side of the fence and the other continue to blur for next-gen gamers, as Sony has just announced via their blog that the popular Netflix Instant Watch service is going to go live on PS3 sometime next month, with mostly (but not completely) the same features as the Xbox 360 version we've seen since last year.
The service features the ability to navigate and add to one's instant queue from the PS3, and there's the hope that the service won't cost any valuable hard drive space, since the actual Netflix streaming program will be on a free disc now available for reserve.
I know at least one person who's still paying for Xbox Live Gold solely to tap into the Netflix app there, so maybe this will save them some money through PSN's free service. Of course, you won't have the cute MST3K party interface for your Avatars on the PS3, so if 'raising the roof' during the finale of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert is your thing, you might want to stick with the Xbox 360 iteration of Netflix.

Wow, it's about time! Now if only us Canucks can get this service :)
I just reserved my copy of the streaming disc.
It did say this however, "Watching instantly is included with an unlimited Netflix membership for no additional fee"
"unlimited netflix membership" which tier is that?
