Dragon Age: Origins Snags Direct2Drive's Top Three Sales Slots
It seems like Bioware's Dragon Age: Origins is taking the gaming world by storm. Not only is it posting great sales in brick and mortar stores, it's also making a killing online. Direct2Drive, the online digital download service is reporting that Dragon Age: Origins, Dragon Age: Origins Digital Deluxe Edition and the Dragon Age: Origins Digital Deluxe Edition w/ Prima Guide have taken the top three sales slots for the week of Nov. 1-7. The Prima guide for the game on it's own has also made the list of the services top sold products.
Pretty impressive for a game that's been out only a week! I must say I can see why. It's an excellent game and has actually brought me back to the swords and sorcery RPG genre which I had previously abandoned for a while out of boredom.
