Wootini's Weekly Animal Crossing Diary
Dear Diary,
Geeze, I suppose I should've held last week's stuff until this week to double up, because the holiday brought lots of activity, while the week after (as usual) was pretty boring. Not that nothing happened, but it wasn't really that exciting. Make the jump if you're curious (now that I did a great job of selling you on it!)
Oddly enough, the most interesting thing that happened to me this week was when Stinky wanted to play hide-and-seek with Tank, Poppy and me. I like playing hide-and-seek because I'd be traveling all over the entire town anyway to make sure I water all the flowers that need it and picking any weeds that have sprung up. I can just look for the hiders on the way. Of course, sometimes I get distracted and forget that I'm supposed to be seeking, and this was no exception. I literally found the last one with a couple minutes left on the clock! Oops! But the interesting part was that I was playing this really late at night after Nook's had closed down, so my pockets were full of stuff that I couldn't sell. So when I won my prize, Stinky couldn't give it to me because I couldn't carry it. He promised to send it my way later, and the guy turned out to be true to his word. The very next day when I checked my mailbox, my prize was there waiting for me. It was another dingloid, but I already had it in my collection. I still appreciate Stinky making the effort and not stiffing me on my prize!
I had a little worry when Rodeo mentioned to me his intention to leave town. Usually the people who move out are recent transplants. Rodeo is one of my original neighbors, so I was very surprised when he planned to go away. At least he gave me the option of telling him not to go, so I quickly begged him to stay and when he said he'd consider his options, I rushed to mail him a present in the post so as to hopefully bribe him into staying. A couple days later I was talking to him again in his house (which wasn't packed up, thankfully) and he mentioned he was still mulling over moving. So again, I told him not to go anywhere, and this time he seems to have agreed to stay. I may send him another letter though, just to be sure. I can't lose Rodeo! He's one of my original favorites! He can't be replaced I haven't seen anyone else with crazy red glowing demon eyes!
I keep forgetting to go to the city and see what Redd has on special. I kind of got out of the habit because every week he seemed to have paintings I already had, and when it was something different, it was a fake. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me fifty times, shame on me. Sigh. But I went just out of curiosity, and he actually had a proper painting I'd never seen before. Unfortunately, it was a waste of money, because as soon as I got back to Narnia, I brought it over to the museum where Blathers immediately proclaimed it as a fake. I don't know why I bother...

Aw man, I miss Tank. :/ He was in my DS town.
I had Tangy in both my DS and Wii but she left me. She always leaves me. WILL I NEVER BE GOOD ENOUGH YOU RIND-FACED CITRUS-BITCH!?
I'll remember to use "rind-faced citrus bitch" as an expression next time someone annoys me...
