Capcom Collects Mega Man Zero Games For Your DS

mega_zero_collection.jpg

In the interest of full disclosure, I am not a Mega Man fan. I am genetically predisposed to suck hardcore at platform games. Not my fault. But I know some of you are fans, so you may be interested to know that this summer, Capcom will be compiling all four of the Game Boy Advance Mega Man Zero games onto one tiny little Nintendo DS cart. That's Mega Man Zero 1, 2, 3, and 4, with all kinds of crazy Mega Man platforming action for one low price. The press release does mention that there will be all-new modes in the DS version, but unfortunately doesn't specify what those might be. Hopefully it's not tacked-on touch screen mini-games, because that would suck.

The american releases for the GBA were censored, with robot blood being removed. Not a huge deal, but I'm hoping Capcom rectifies this in the re-release. A few extras wouldn't hurt either for those of us who already have all four games.

One of the modes is supposed to be a "Collection" mode what might allow Alteration Cards to come into play. Previously they were only in Japan, so it'd be great if they were brought to America/Europe.
