Netflix Meets Wii
Continuing the move into making our consoles not just game players, the Wii will be joining both the PS3 and Xbox 360 in streaming Instant View movies from Netflix's rental service. The service is slated to start in spring, and, as with the PS3, will require a disc in order to gain access to your Instant queue (most likely due to contractual obligations with Microsoft). This will be an option available to anyone who has, at minimum, the $8.99/month subscription.
A note to remember is that the Wii will not be able to stream these to your television in high definition.
