Rock Band DLC: Blue Öyster Cult, Motörhead, Rage Against The Machine
If you've been wondering where all the rock went in Rock Band, then you better start getting your fret buttons in tune and getting duct tape around that bass pedal, since next week's DLC tip gives us a blast of love from the metal gods, with hits going all the way back to 1972 and Blue Öyster Cult's first album. Just the opportunity to do "Godzilla" with a full band will make it worth dusting off those instruments, since Harmonix's cover was still one of the most fun songs in the original Guitar Hero. If you're on XBox Live, your socks will be rocked off by this selection next Tuesday, January 26. PS3 owners can expect their socks to stay relatively on until the 28th.
