Fashion Fab: Real Troopa T-Shirt
I have to admit, sometimes when I'm power-jumping off a koopa troopa's head to get the big gold coin, I stop to wonder where the tottering turtle comes from and if he has a family at home waiting for him. Then I remember he's a turtle with a bad attitude and quickly go about my plumbing business. I guess the idea of the real enemy is part of the inspiration for the TeeFury shirt that is up for sale today for $9.
The concept of the shirt is said by the artist to be "the proper style render the way a mario brothers koopa troop would look like in real life." I'll admit that while being artistic in style, it does portray a very realistic Koopa Troopa, and one that I definitely wouldn't want nipping at my heels. The shirt is available for today only at $9 and comes in a variety of sizes (S-XL) in a Slate color for guys, and on Turquoise for the women sizes. So at $9 (+$2 shipping) you can save some gold coins while wearing a limited piece of classic gaming gone wild on your chest. Just don't beat your chest too hard, wouldn't want the ricochet to take one of your lives away.
