BioShock 2 Rapture Metro Pack Coming
So Major Nelson just posted some details about the upcoming DLC for BioShock 2, which was apparently expected by fans this week, but hasn't actually been dated yet. Honestly, this is the first I've heard of it, but maybe I'm just out of the loop. Anyway, The Rapture Metro Pack is going to run you 800 Microsoft Points for your Xbox 360 and PC, and will include:
- Six all-new maps, some built from the single-player portion of the game
- Three new Achievements
- Rebirth Feature - Players who reach rank 50 have the option to rank down to level one and receive a special mask.
I'd thought they were going to release some DLC to expand the single-player portion of BioShock 2, but I guess they're still focused on the multiplayer experience right now. Maybe next time! (And when I hear about a firm release date for this, I'll let you know!)
