Halo Reaches For Collectors

Microsoft may not have a solid release date for Halo: Reach beyond Fall of 2010, but that hasn't stopped them from announcing that special collectors editions of the game will be available for pre-order starting today!
The Limited Edition will feature the game housed in a recovered ONI "black box", an exclusive Elite armor set for multiplayer use, and an artifact back containing Dr. Halsey's personal journal and other classified documents and effects that hold cluse to the secrets of the Halo universe.
The Legendary Edition will contain the entire Limited Edition, plus a Noble Team statue crafted by McFarlane Toys, individually molded, hand-painted and numbered, UNSC-themed custom packaging, and an exclusive multiplayer Spartan armor effect.
Halo: Reach will run you the usual $59.99, while the Limited Edition will cost $79.99 and the Legendary Edition will go for $149.99. Obviously, both special editions are going to be available in limited supply, so if you're that big of a Halo fan, you might want to pre-order, just in case. And don't forget that the multiplayer beta kicks off on May 3!

Now that is what I call a collectors edition. I get so tired of being asked to pay an extra £10 for a tin case and art book.
