Rumor: Jet Set Radio Coming To XBLA
If the screenshot above is to be believed, someone going by the name Xbox360Leak grabbed evidence that the Dreamcast classic Jet Set Radio will be coming to XBLA in some form. Dreamcast games have been long rumored to be hitting the current generation of consoles but concrete details have been scarce. We've heard tales of Sonic Adventure and Crazy Taxi, but neither of those would get me half as excited as seeing the roller-blading, graffiti tagging adventure hit the current generation consoles.
I can only hope that, despite the original Japanese name, any port would include the extras from Jet Grind Radio and De La Jet Set Radio, which had two more levels and additional songs. Actually, the music is the only thing keeping me from thinking this rumor may not be entirely accurate. I'm no lawyer, but expensive music rights have held up more than a few projects, and it would be a shame if they replaced the entire soundtrack. I guess a little freshening up couldn't hurt, though.
If it's true, we should probably hear about it officially soon enough. If it's not, people, please stop f#*king with Dreamcast fans. We've been through a lot, and can snap at any moment.

Yes! I hope this rumor is true because this was my favorite game on my Dreamcast.
the PAL/Euro version was also called Jet Set Radio. this may be the reason for the title that appears in the image. still, knowing this makes it even more cryptic as to which version may actually be released. if it is in fact released at all. i'll believe it more whence the achievements and avatar awards start cropping up. omg avatar clothing goodness. i can just picture it, perhaps each pair of skates can behave as a signature prop, coming with it's own little dance routine. *salivating* even better would be a new version of the game that allows avatars as playable characters. Sega, are you out there listening. pweeeeeeeze
