Video: Prince Of Persia: The Forgotten Sands Intro Cinematic
I have to admit, I'm not loving the look of the Prince in this one. And I'm not saying I want him to be extra Gyllenhaal-ly, or anything like that. It's just that with his blank stare, high cheek bones, and Fabio-style hair, he looks a little bit like he stepped off the cover of a Harlequin romance novel. Maybe he's just not my type, though. As a cinematic, the clip only gives us a taste of what to expect, but it looks like the game lives up to the series' roots, at least with all the jumping, climbing, and general derring-do. I haven't heard a ton of buzz about either this game or the movie the game is hoping to capitalize on, but maybe Ubisoft will turn that around in the next few weeks. Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands will be out for PC, PS3, and Xbox 360 May 18th.

Who is that guy and what have they done with the handsome Prince?
Sidenote: The Prince is always several steps behind for a guy who can travel through time.
I'd rather have him look like Jake Gyllenhaal completely, since this is based off the movie's release.
But, I guess it is better than him looking like Nier...
I also think his new look is awful.
Also, King Solomon's mighty empire? What would a Prince of Persia care about Solomon's tiny kingdom?
I agree, he looks over done in attributes like Prince Charming in "Shrek".
I didn't know Bruce Jenner auditioned (and got) the role for the prince in this game O_O
should be good. i'm picking up the older cel-shaded one this afternoon
