Wootini's Weekly Animal Crossing Diary
Dear Diary,
Lots went down in Narnia this week. Some good and some bad. But then, that's how it usually goes. Some good, some bad, and a whole lot of silliness. I'm also a little concerned about that zombie penguin that moved in last week... I think he might have ulterior motives...
I got lucky again when I found the most amazing painting at Redd's shop in the city. No, really, it's an Amazing Painting. Like, that's its name. But it wasn't a duplicate or a forgery, so yay me! I feel like I've found a lot of paintings, so why does the museum feel half empty?
My lovely mom sent me a present that apparently she made. I got all excited for something new and different, but it was just a bold check shirt. Um, thanks? I guess? Hey, it's the thought that counts, right? And it's not like I ever send her anything...
Hm... I don't know...
Yeah, I don't think so, Cube. Good try, though.
I was a little sad to hear Apollo tell me he was going to move. Again, I tried to convince him to stay, but his mind seems pretty well made up. On the one hand, I'll be sad to see him go. I enjoyed him in the last town that I lived in, so I was happy when he moved here. But on the other hand, he won't switch out of that naked shirt my bf made no matter how many times I try, and he keeps passing it on to the rest of the town. So if losing Apollo means less people will be wearing that creepy shirt, that's a sacrifice I might be willing to make!
That stoner beaver showed up again and hit me with this bit of "wisdom" before giving me a helm and taking a dive. Where does he go when he floats out to sea? I already have a helm, but it's okay because later, Twiggy saw it and desperately wanted to buy it.
Last, but not least, I decided to change up the outfit a bit. I didn't feel like anyone was respecting my authority dressed as a guard, so I thought I'd try combating crime in Narnia as a detective. All I need now is one of those fancy curly pipes! Oh, and some crimes to solve!
