Dungeon Siege 3 By Obsidian

Obsidian Entertainment, who just released Alpha Protocol and is currently working on Fallout: New Vegas has now picked up Gas Powered Games' Dungeon Siege franchise to work on the third installment. Being published by Square Enix, who is using it as another stepping stone in reaching Western audiences, the game will still include input from Gas Powered Games, and Chris Taylor, it's creator, will serve as an advisor for the game.
The task in the game is to go back to Ehb and rebuild the 10th Legion. The usual return: character customization, action RPG goodness, classes which you can customize, companions with opinions, and both a single and multiplayer component.
This will also see the series break into the consoles, being published for not only Windows, but both the PS3 and Xbox 360.
