Games Confirmed For E3 So Far - What Gets You Excited?
Step closer, dear gamer... closer! Beneath the jump below, you may glimpse into the internet's crystal ball, which holds secrets and messages from the future! Will you see a dystopian landscape of plastic instruments piled high? A bright and verdant future with a new Zelda or Pikmin? Or will you channel and commune with recently-deceased franchises like Call of Duty?
All joking aside, there aren't many surprises on this list, which was compiled by CVG based on publicly-available press releases and developer statements. E3 starts up for serious next Tuesday, so there's not much time left for pre-announcements. As always, however, many of these publishers will have some surprises once the cameras and liveblogs have gamers on the edges of their seats.
So which of these titles tickle your fancy? Myself, I'm most looking forward to Fallout: New Vegas, Civilization V, and Ghost Trick. Keep in mind that these are just the games that have been confirmed to be presented at E3, not necessarily playable. Detailed info and teasers will start popping up like flowers next week, so start getting your speculation in now!

If the 3DS is 3D without glasses (contacts?), and has a number of proper games, I might get one.
I would be looking forward to Civ5, but I have a job and so have banned myself from ever playing it.
OMG X-Com! I didn't think we would see another AAA X-Com after the train-wreck that was X-Com Enforcer.
Portal 2 is going to be amazing because who doesn't want more cake!?
BUT No Mirrors Edge 2! Awwww! The one game I would love to be an annual.
Just a reminder the new X-Com is an FPS, not the classic gameplay.

While I'm really looking forward to portal and all, I really just want Valve to say something, anything, about Ep3. 3DS looks neat, and I'm always up for more AC, GoW, and MGS. Here's to hoping the new DX title doesn't suck though.
I'm saddened by the lack of RPGs, but there's always hope for some surprise revelations.
