PAX Prime Lineup Revealed
PAX Prime is scheduled for the first weekend in September, and in addition to videogames, the three-day party will also feature musical acts that run the gamut from comedy rock to prog metal. The full line-up includes:
- Anamanaguchi
- Jonathan Coulton
- MC Frontalot
- Metroid Metal
- The Minibosses
- Paul and Storm
- The Protomen
"Music is an integral piece of the gaming culture. We use it not only to express ourselves but also to bond with other gamers," said Robert Khoo of Penny Arcade. "These artists and their concerts are one of the PAX events our fans consistently rave about."
Of course, if you're more interested in videogames, you're more than welcome to check out some of the panel discussions, tournaments and an exhibition hall featuring more than 70 exhibitors including 2K Games, Capcom, Disney, EA, Microsoft, Nintendo, Ubisoft, and Wizards of the Coast. Pre-registration is $55 for three-day and $35 for single day passes. (Although "sealed deck" tournaments which require new physical product to play have an additional fee) You can register over at their website, and be warned: Tickets will sell out!

PAX East had VGO instead of Minibosses. I loved VGO honestly. I hope that I get to hear Minibosses next year on the east coast..
I'm starting to think PAX can't afford MC Chris...or maybe he's too dirty...
