Last Chance For Steam Sales Lets You Catch Up

Even though half the games I buy would make my creaky laptop explode into silvery chunks, I can't help myself during these Steam sales. I mean, I'll play them eventually, right? Today is the last day, and in case you missed any big sales over the past week, they've put a few heavy hitters back up. The list includes:
- Neverwinter Nights 2 and two expansions for $9.99
- The first two S.T.A.L.K.E.R. games for $4.99
- Three Hitman games for $7.49
- Plants vs. Zombies GOTY for $3.99
- Killing Floor for $4.99 (which is a couple bucks less than it was on sale earlier this week).
- Grand Theft Auto IV with both DLC episodes for $9.99.
- NaviFairy favorite Amnesia: The Dark Descent for $6.80.
There are a few others, so check out the Steam Store today to make sure you're not missing anything.
Today is also the last day for any of the multi-packs they've got on sale, including the generally amazing $5 indie packs. If you've to pick one, I'd say try the Adventure Pack. Gish and Samorost 2 are earlier games from the now-superstar developers behind Super Meat Boy and Machinarium respectively, And Yet It Moves is a pretty unique experience, Mr. Robot is quite well liked, and Jolly Rover seems adorable and hilarious, and it just came out last year.
Sales will end tomorrow at around 1PM Eastern/10AM Pacific, but you probably don't want to wait until the last minute.

What are people's thoughts on Neverwinter Nights 2 or STALKER? I've been curious about both, but haven't taken the plunge yet.
I bought the Neverwinters Nights 2 pack for myself for X-mas. I'm enjoying it so far. And I like the option in one of the side games to be able to design your party members.
Neverwinter Nights 2 is pretty good, especially if you like Balder's Gate or Dragon Age. It kind of falls in between the two in my book.
Plants vs. Zombies for $3.99 is awesome. As for S.T.A.L.K.E.R., my recommendation is to skip it. It just honestly is not very fun.
