Video: Isaac Clark Steps Up The Style In Dragon Age 2
Your first clue after hitting 'Play' on the above video is the dueling ESRB ratings. After that, the video seems to take on a tendency of flickering, flitting between two different realities. Isaac Clark's visor and luminescent bodysuit are still intact, but now he's surrounded by hillsides and wielding a sword...? He's blasting through necromorph limbs one minute and carving apart darkspawn the next. But do not adjust your set - this anachronistic delight is brought to you by EA's Cross-Dimensional Fashion Bureau, which is once again tempting you to buy two games that go great together. Yes, if you purchase the sequel to Dead Space, you'll receive a code to unlock a medieval version of Isaac's suit in the upcoming Dragon Age 2!
After playing as Raiden in Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, seeing MonHun in MGS, and even unlocking Colonel Sanders in Phantasy Star, these character-inserting promotions are starting to get ridiculous. Luckily, EA at least has some precedent of their own for this cross-dressing trend - last year saw a Dragon Blood Armor available in Mass Effect 2 after a purchase of Dragon Age: Origins. It may just be a novelty, but for the Hawke who wants to collect every bit of swag available, another purchase just got added to the inventory list.
Dead Space 2 will be out next Tuesday, and Dragon Age 2 hits shelves March 11!

I do love both original games, but I hate the fashion of having to buy different games to enjoy all the goodies and bonuses in one of them (or both, doesn't matter really). It used to be so much simpler and felt more.... complete(?)
I reaaally don't want promo codes on cereal boxes and in my detergent next :x
lol. Aye - I agree.
