Limited Editon Pokémon Black & White DSi Bundles

Although the 3DS will be releasing just three weeks later, the March 6 release of Pokémon Black and Pokémon White will see a couple of special limited edition bundles that packs the hotly-anticipated games in with a black or white DSi, respectively. Both systems will feature the new legendary Pokémon Reshiram and Zekrom etched onto the casing, and will include a custom Pokémon Nintendo DSi carrying case as well as the game, all for just $179.99. It's a pretty cool package for a real Pokéfreak, as long as they're not also looking to get a 3DS on launch day!
The press release for this bundle also revealed a little something about the new Pokémon games I didn't know already, which is the games' Xtransceiver device to participate in video chat after exchanging Friend Codes. That's a pretty awesome new feature that I didn't know even existed! Up to four players can chat using the local wireless, but that's kind of silly, because if you're all close enough to use the local connection, you'd probably be in each others' sightlines anyway, right? But two people can connect and video chat over Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection, which is pretty cool. Obviously, you need to have a DSi or DSiXL with the camera in order to take advantage of this. On regular DS or DS Lite, the Xtransceiver will only enable voice chat.

Xtransceiver
....Don't they mean Live Caster?
Xtransceiver is the weird English name for Live Caster. Same thing, but just a different name for it...! I personally liked the sound of Live Caster. Simple, yet effective. Oh well.
Nintendo really missed a big cash opportunity with not making these 3DS bundles - if you ask me!
