Video: Behold, The Glorious World of Skyrim
Today Bethesda not only gave us a new trailer to their latest Elder Scrolls game, but they essentially gave us a doorway that leads us face first into the world of Skyrim. And, boy does it look amazing. Watch the trailer below and listen to the orchestral score and salivate over the detailed graphics and environments that you will see when you play Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.
The trailer shows off familiar and generic locations like forests, mountains, and caves, but they all look awesome. I mean, notice the individual blades of grass as the protagonist gets ready to shoot a wolf! For those wondering about what console the graphics are from, Bethesda Community Manager Nick Brennon tweeted that footage for this trailer was "captured entirely on Xbox 360." Also, notice the dragons you will fight. And yes, according to Brennon, the fights will happen dynamically in-game. There is so much to love about this video, but sadly it's just a little morsel to keep us satiated until the giant feast arrives November 11.

I believe that is Max Von Sydow doing the narration. They said that he would be in Skyrim, just like Patrick Stewart was in Oblivion
Now this is an RPG I can get excited about! Dragon Age? Not so much...
