Your Favorite PS3 Titles Just Got a Bit Cheaper
Sony Computer Entertainment of America is adding five new games to its "Greatest Hits" library and that means you can catch your favorites for only $29.99. The list includes God of War III, Heavy Rain, ModNation Racers, UFC Undisputed 2010, and Uncharted 2: Among Thieves - Game of the Year Edition.
I never purchased Heavy Rain despite its great reviews because I was too cheap to cough up $60 for it, so this price drop is totally up my alley. I also love that Uncharted 2 is on that list since it truly is a game everyone needs to play. I just bought the non-GOTY edition two months ago off some guy on Craigslist for that same price, so this is a great deal. I still play it all the time thanks to Naughty Dog's ongoing updates to the game's multiplayer section.
I love Greatest Hits games, especially when I haven't bought or played the game yet.

The only one I have any interest in whatsoever is Heavy Rain, only because I feel like it's something I can play with other people watching cinematically. I know little to nothing about the story, but people I trust say it's really good and keep telling me to play it.
I never touched the first Uncharted because it sounded like reverse-Lara Croft. Even if Nathan Drake is almost distressingly attractive, I can't bring myself to care much about his game....

God, I'm like the king of purchasing things before a large price drop. >:( Replaced my PS3 a week before the same model dropped $100 and I bought Heavy Rain a bit ago for --oh.

Uncharted looks amazing but I cant get over the hollywood dumb-ass style of acting. Why do all new male game characters have to look like an abercrombie $ fitch models?
There is a good reason why Uncharted 2 won Game of the Year from every magazine and website (and myself included). Please do not criticize a game you have never played. You just sound completely ignorant (and just plain stupid) when you do...
