Divinity Demo Actually Available This Time!

So a week or so ago, I saw that a demo for Divinity II: The Dragon Knight Saga was available on Xbox LIVE. But when I fired up my 360 and went to download it, it was nowhere to be found. Confused, I went online, and discovered that it had been pulled for unspecified technical difficulties.
But having written about the fabulous launch edition that Atlus is putting together that includes a soundtrack CD and art book, I was naturally curious about the game and wanted to try it out. So I was very happy to hear from Atlus today that it's back up. So those of you who, like me, are intrigued but not quite ready to drop $40 on something you know nothing about, I just wanted to let you know that the demo of Divinity II is back up on Xbox LIVE just waiting to be downloaded!

I've played through Divinity 2 twice. I played the original Ego Draconis, and then Dragon Knight Saga (both PC versions). I love the game, but it is kind of a niche title. It's not AAA by any means (unfortunately, people seem think that a game is either a multi-million selling AAA with a metascore in the 90s or it sucks).
I'd say it's worth $40, but this really depends on whether Divinity 2's gameplay is your cup of tea. If you enjoy it you'll get a hell of a lot of fun out of playing it, but it's not for everyone.
If you like Gothic 1-2, Risen or Arx Fatalis, you'll probably like this one, too.
