New trailer for Asura's Wrath [Video]
Kotaku's Stephen Totilo shared an awesome trailer for upcoming Capcom title Asura's Wrath. The game was announced last year and hasn't made many waves since, but my hunger for it grows with every gallery and screen shot.
Asura's Wrath looks like it's going to take a stab at the Bayonetta, God Hand, Devil May Cry model. Bigger, faster, stronger. It's all about doing it with style and it looks like Asura's Wrath's protagonist has got that style in droves. The cracked skin, the six arms, the mutant healing factor. I know so little about this game, and the pedigree of the team (CyberConnect2) is split pretty cleanly between the .hack series of RPGs, and Naruto games.
BUT...we've got Capcom behind this one. They recognize good action when they see it, and I have a feeling Asura's Wrath will deliver over and over.
