Give Roy Orbison A KISS With This Week's Rock Band DLC
I'm very excited about this week's DLC for Rock Band 3... mostly because I can save myself some money for a change because there's nothing here I'm all that terribly interested in!
First up, you've got two songs from KISS: "Rock and Roll All Nite (Live)" and "Strutter (Live)" And then a three-pack of Roy Orbison tracks to celebrate what would have been his 75th birthday. Those are "Blue Bayou," "Dream Baby (How Long Must I Dream)" and "Only the Lonely (Know the Way I Feel)."
The tracks will be the usual $1.99 on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 (once they get their network back up and running) and $2.00 on the Wii. The Roy Orbison: 75th Birthday Pack will run you $5.49 on Xbox 360 and PS3. (Packs aren't available on the Wii.) And "Only the Lonely" and "Rock and Rolle All Nite (Live)" have Pro Guitar and Pro Bass upgrades for $.99 apiece.
