Oh my God, this was very nearly the absolute worst week ever. It was a narrow escape, and I can't believe it even happened in the first place. Thank goodness nothing else really happened and things ended on a high note, because otherwise, I don't know if I could have handled it...
That's right, my BFF Pippy informed me she was thinking about making a fresh start somewhere else. I completely freaked out. After I calmed down a bit, I asked her not to go, and she immediately agreed to stick around to save us both the drama. Whew! Crisis averted! I need to remember to send her a present. I guess making it a point to always talk to her anytime I see her wasn't enough. I don't know what I would do without Pippy. She's my bestest friend in Narnia! Life without her wouldn't be worth living... (I don't even want to think about how it'll feel when I eventually move to a new town!)
I had a special guest this week, which was none other than our very own gogoedward! He said he and his roommate wanted to get back into Animal Crossing and make their town awesome, so I told him to swing by and take any fruit he needed. And also to see what a truly awesome Animal Crossing town looks like. I mean, I know I don't do the tiled streets like some, but I've got all the monuments and more hybrid flowers than you can shake a stick at!
Plus, as you can see, my basement is full of awesome Mario crap that I've collected over the years. Which gogoedward's roommate had fun tinkering with during his visit. I know I should probably open my gate more, but I just never figure that anyone else is looking to visit. I sort of assume that I'm the only one who still goes to town on a regular basis. I could be wrong, though! Maybe I'll start leaving my gate open to see if people show up... As long as I don't get any looters!
