Wootini's Weekly Animal Crossing Diary
Dear Diary,
It was a nice week in Narnia. No major drama. Although I have to say that I could do with a lot more spring rain. It's nice when I don't have to walk around and water the flowers. And then the next day, they're all perfect and beautiful. Of course, if I take that second day off, too, the following day there's a lot of wilting flowers to deal with! So as lazy as I am, I tend to let the rainy day slide, and then on the day after, I water here and there just so I have less to deal with the day after that! See! I'm not a complete waster of time!
So I got this in the mail on Father's Day. Of course, there's no Father's Day in Narnia. Just Mom sending a letter about Dad. Which I find a little suspicious. Why won't she let him ever write me a letter? What's up with that? Does she have him locked in the basement or something? Maybe I should take a trip home and see for myself... or maybe not! I'm scurred!
Pate was so adorably hyper when he asked to play that I simply couldn't say no. Of course, it turned out to be a rather difficult game of hide-and-seek! I found the first person immediately, then the second was pretty easy, as well, but I could not find Pate to save my life! With literally a minute left on the clock, I was running around and just as I was about to give up, I bumped right into him hiding behind a tree! Or is Pate a her? I think Pate's a she. Oh God, don't tell her that I thought she was a boy. Or if she is a boy, don't tell him I thought she was a boy... My brain hurts.
Of course, the other reason I was happy to play a game of hide-and-go seek with Pate was because I was hoping to avoid just this kind of sticky situation. I thought Pate was having a good time here in Narnia, but then she tells me that she's bored with everything here. Lame! Naturally I asked her to stay, and I guess she wasn't that eager to go because she changed her mind pretty easily. Hopefully I won't find a good-bye letter from her in a couple days...
Um, sure. That may be true, but I really hope you're not going to try and use that as an excuse for your trippy drugged-out behavior there, Pascal! I'm sure you didn't get this way just because of staring at the ocean for too long maaaan...
